Shipping Destinations: We deliver within Germany as well as internationally to European countries (both EU and non-EU countries).

Delivery Times:

Deliveries within Germany: 2-4 business days.
Deliveries to EU countries: 3-6 business days.
Deliveries to non-EU countries: 5-8 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Standard shipping to Germany: €4.99
International shipping to EU countries: €13.99
International shipping to non-EU countries: €13.99

Free Shipping:

Within Germany: Free shipping on orders over €69.00
Within Europe (EU and non-EU countries): Free shipping on orders over €159.00

Please note: The value of vouchers is not counted towards the order amount for free shipping.

Returns:

If you placed an order and wish to return an item or it arrived damaged, no problem!
Please send us an email at hello@ayari-longevity.de, and we will send you a return label. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Return Costs with Our Return Label:

Germany: €5.99
EU countries: €14.99
Non-EU countries: Please arrange your return independently with sufficient postage. We recommend insurance, as we cannot assume liability for privately shipped returns.

Note on Complaints:

Delayed Delivery:
If your order is delayed and the tracking information does not update, please contact us. After your report, it usually takes 6-10 days to process a complaint.

Defective or Missing Items:
If your items arrive damaged or parts of the order are missing, we require complete photo documentation for processing. Please send us the following images:
